WE RECOMMEND YOU PRINT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND STORE THEM ALONG WITH ALL CONFIRMATION EMAILS, ADDITIONAL TERMS, TRANSACTION DATA, GAME RULES AND PAYMENT METHODS AS THEY RELATE TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. WE DO NOT FILE EACH INDIVIDUAL CONTRACT WITH USERS SO PLEASE PRINT IT OUT FOR YOUR RECORDS. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

NOTIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTES THE MAKING OF AN OFFER. BY REGISTERING TO USE THE SERVICES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE CERTIFYING THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT REGISTER AND OPEN AN ACCOUNT AND YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCESS THE SOFTWARE AND THE GAMING SERVICES OFFERED IN CONJUNCTION THEREWITH.

For purposes of this Agreement:

(A) "Software" shall mean the software known as "PokerWorld Software " in machine-readable, object code form;

(B) "CPU" shall mean a single computer or central processing unit;

(C) "You" shall mean you end user (player, customer, client, visitor, observer etc.)

(D) "PokerWorld Services" means the PokerWorld Services granted by the PokerWorld to You to use the Software in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement

(E) "Server" shall mean CPU units where the game takes place and

(F) "Client" shall mean downloadable version of the software that will be stored on You CPU (computer).

"Client" - The You may download "client" version of the software from the PokerWorld website. The You will not have access to the Server software, database server or any other server except through the means provided via the operation of the Client software, which will be hosted on the You computer ("CPU").

"Download" - You may download only one version of the software per PokerWorld Services, per computer, per household, per IP address.

User Account means …. Use the software and PokerWorld Services via OLYMPIC site or sites

“Account" - In order to access the Client, You must create a Player Account which will serve as Your presence and access to the Software, Client and PokerWorld Services. You must provide a valid e-mail address and password, without which, You cannot be validated and subsequently, You will not be able to access the PokerWorld Services. You may set up only one active account per person, per computer, per household, and per IP address. You must take all steps to protect the Account and Account information from unauthorized use and said Account may not be used by any other individual. You must provide truthful, current information when setting up an account. Any account with fake information will be automatically blocked.

The Software is protected by copyright laws and International copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

This end user agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between You ("You") and Olympic Sports Data Services, Ltd, a Jamaica, W. I. based company, and its affiliated corporations, successors and assigns (collectively referred to herein as "PokerWorld"). The software (the "Software") and gaming services (the "Gaming Services") are being are provided to You by PokerWorld on an "AS IS" basis, for Your personal use only. Pokerworld.com is an Internet gaming site operated by Olympic Sports Data Services, Ltd.

A. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, PokerWorld hereby grants to You, and You hereby accept a non-exclusive, non-transferable PokerWorld Services to use the Software, in machine-readable object code, solely for Your entertainment purposes and solely by You.

B. The PokerWorld Services as used herein shall mean and include the right to:
B.1.Use of the Poker Client software needed for accessing and playing on online poker tables
B.2.Install copies of the Software on CPU fixed disk memory units.

C. Except as explicitly provided herein, You shall not:
C.1.Copy, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, in whole or in part, any of the Software; or
C.2.Use the Software to operate in or as a time-sharing, outsourcing, or service bureau environment, or in any way allow any third party access to the Software; or
C.3.Make available nor distribute all or part of the Software to any third party by assignment or by any other means.
C.4.Remove any copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary notices from the Software or any portion thereof.

D. During the term of this Agreement: You shall: (i) adopt and enforce such internal policies and procedures as are necessary to ensure that the Software is used only in accordance with the terms of Section II hereof; and (ii) take all steps necessary to ensure that no person or entity will have unauthorized access to the Software.

E. Any rights not expressly granted herein by these PokerWorld Services are hereby expressly reserved to and for the benefit of PokerWorld.

F. You shall not have the right to receive or use the source code of the Software.

G. The PokerWorld Services granted shall continue unless and until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The right to use the PokerWorld Services shall automatically terminate if: (i) You fail to pay any fees or charges when due; or (ii) You materially breach any provision of this Agreement and fail to cure such breach within ten (10) days of receipt of notice from PokerWorld.

H. You acknowledge that the use of automated software, computer systems, poker-robots (pokerbots), or any other similar system and the tracking or displaying of other players’ cards is not permitted. Failure to comply with this condition can result in the suspension of Your account and forfeiture of any funds so obtained. You further agree not to share gaming information with any other CPU that may be using this type of system.

A. You accepts Program "As Is", "with all faults", and in lieu of all other warranties and conditions, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, those for merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

B. PokerWorld accepts no responsibility for the operation or performance of the program. The entire risk of use and consequences of use of the program falls completely on You and PokerWorld shall not be liable in any respect for any claims loss or injury alleged to have resulted from use of or in reliance on Program. In this respect, You shall completely indemnify and defend for any such claim, loss or injury as provided below.

C. You acknowledge that You have read the foregoing disclaimers of warranty and limitation of liability and understand that You assume the entire risk of use of the program.

You may not attempt to modify, copy, alter, manipulate, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell, lease, the PokerWorld Services or Software or disassemble the Software in any way. Without prejudice to any other rights, PokerWorld may terminate this Agreement if You fail to comply with its terms and conditions. In such event, You must destroy all copies of the Software.

A. You shall indemnify and defend against any and all claims, including claims by third parties or employees of Yours, which arise directly or indirectly out of Your use or operation of Program.

B. PokerWorld shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages suffered by You through the use of Software or PokerWorld Services, whether or not such damages were disclosed to, or reasonably foreseen.

t is strictly forbidden to use any automated software or computer system to play at PokerWorld, including the action of sending information from Your computer to another computer where such software or system is active. Poker-Robots or any software designed to play automatically at poker sites is not allowed. At any time while You are playing at PokerWorld, the Software may scan Your computer for any activity of such software and systems. Also forbidden is the use of any software during the game that is designed to track and display the actions of the other players on the site or any system or service to transfer funds to or from a player's PokerWorld account to their account at any other site or the deliberate "dumping" of chips between any accounts on the poker network. Usage of such methods will result in the closing of Your account and be subject to confiscation of Your winnings and funds. PokerWorld reserves the right to publicize information of any such documented abuse including Your personal information.

If You are an officer, director, employee, consultant or agent of the Company or one of its group companies, or suppliers or vendors, You are not permitted to register with PokerWorld or to participate directly or indirectly in any of the PokerWorld Services (each an "Unauthorized Person"). Similarly, relatives of Unauthorized Persons are not permitted to register with PokerWorld or to participate directly or indirectly in any of the Services. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall include (but not be limited to) any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.

Play money is not real (bona fide) money and is kept separate from real money. Play money does not constitute or represent any value whatsoever. Play money can only be used for playing at play money tables and cannot be collected, cashed out or in any other way be made into or transferred between PokerWorld and You or any other person or legal entity.

To play with real money, You are required to deposit real money (“Deposited Money”) into Your account by the methods provided to You by PokerWorld. Minimum as well as maximum limits apply to real money deposits. All real money will be paid, tracked, and maintained in United States Dollars, and will not bear any interest. All fees levied by payment processors are Your responsibility. Using a credit card to fund Your PokerWorld account may be treated as a Cash Advance by the bank that issues Your credit card. All interest and or fees associated with a Cash Advance are Your responsibility. Please keep the speed at which You play reasonably fast. If You are playing on more than one table and PokerWorld receives too many complaints about Your speed of play, PokerWorld may restrict the number of tables at which You are eligible to play. PokerWorld is not responsible for any losses incurred due to accidental bets placed on Your behalf during a game or when playing at multiple tables due to tables switching locations onscreen. Please make sure You are playing at Your skill level when playing at PokerWorld.

By accepting this agreement, You agree to allow PokerWorld to reward You with Gold Cards for Your real money ring game play. In the event that a prize(s) is announced for a Gold Card(s) that You possess at the time, it is Your responsibility to redeem the Gold Card(s) before the published time of expiration. No Gold Card(s) will be allowed to be redeemed for a prize once the prize time has expired. Your Gold Cards will not expire and will remain in Your account, so long as the account is not abandoned (see section XII)

By accepting this agreement You agree to allow PokerWorld to reward You with Gold Chips based on the rules set forth on the PokerWorld website. Your Gold Chips will not expire and will remain in Your account, so long as the account is not abandoned (see section XII).

If You do not access Your PokerWorld account by "logging in" to Your account using Your username and password for a period of three hundred and sixty five (365) days, all promotional items including Gold Chips and Gold Cards will be deemed abandoned and forfeited. Your Deposited Money, however, will remain in your account.

Abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated in PokerWorld poker room or with the PokerWorld staff. Any violation of this policy will result in a suspension of playing privileges or such other action as may be required by PokerWorld to ensure compliance. You are not permitted to use inappropriate or offensive language in connection with your user name and/or player ID which includes, but is not limited to profane, sexist or racist language. PokerWorld reserves the right to make changes to any Users name or player ID that violates this policy and to take any steps it deems appropriate, up to and including closing Your account. If You create an account with an offensive user name and/or player ID or change your existing user name/ID to an offensive one you may have Your user name/ID changed and locked and the ability to change Your user name and/or player ID will be revoked. You may still be permitted to change Your name/ID once per month but you will be required to contact support to do so.

If, at PokerWorld’s sole determination, You are found to have cheated or attempted to defraud PokerWorld or Olympic Sports Data Services, Ltd. in any way including but not limited to game manipulation, chip dumping, transfers or payment fraud, or if You make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to the company's operation in any media or forum, the company reserves the right to publicize Your actions as well as to circulate this information to other online gaming sites, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies. Further, the company may close any accounts, and forfeit account balances, that You have at PokerWorld or at any other PokerWorld related website and/or business.

You fully accept and agree that the random number generator ("RNG") will determine the outcome of the games or other promotions that utilize the "RNG". Further, in the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on the software and the gaming server, the result showing on the gaming server shall be the official and governing result of the game. Moreover, You understand and agree that the PokerWorld records shall be the final authority in determining the terms of Your participation in PokerWorld, the activity resulting from there and the circumstances in which they occurred.

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes as required by the governing law of your country of residence.

All players MUST be the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction or at least 18 years of age (whichever is less). No persons under legal age limit of their jurisdiction are permitted to use the PokerWorld software or services in any way. By accepting this agreement, You agrees that You have reached the legal age of majority in Your jurisdiction. You accept responsibility of finding out legal age of majority in Your jurisdiction.

PokerWorld grants PokerWorld Services to You to use software for Your personal use only. Any commercial use of the Software is strictly forbidden

You agree to keep Your registration information confidential. Any unauthorized use of Your ID or Password shall be Your sole responsibilityand be deemed as Your use. You will be liable for any misuses of unprotected or lost confidential information that will include user name, passwords, account balance, credit cards information and any other relevant information in the player account.

Without prejudice to any other rights, PokerWorld may terminate this POKERWORLD END USER AGREEMENT if the You fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such an event, You must destroy all of your copies of the software. PokerWorld reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if You disrupt poker room performance by using foul language, collusion, other forms of cheating, charge backs, compulsive gambling and any other kind of conduct that may not be suitable to run a professional poker room. The management decision is final.

PokerWorld reserves the right to change the POKERWORLD END USER AGREEMENT and the terms and conditions of this agreement from time to time without prior notice. This PokerWorld Services is governed by the laws of the country of Jamaica, W. I.
